Front Street Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements 

The City of Healdsburg (City) desires to improve Front Street for bicycle and pedestrian users between the Foss Creek Pathway and Healdsburg Avenue. 

To achieve this goal the City is seeking a qualified consultant with relevant experience and knowledge to, develop preliminary concepts and conceptual designs, complete feasibility analysis, prepare plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) for the desired improvements. The City intends to release the completed and approved engineered construction drawings and project specifications for the purpose of soliciting bids to construct the project in early 2023.
