Submitting an application in no way guarantees that your band will be selected, but all bands who submit an application will reviewed and considered. Applications are accepted year-round and your information will remain on file for at least 3-years. If you have any major changes to the content you have submitted, you may update your information by resubmitting an application. The deadline to apply for summer is February 1st (deadline dates are subject to change annually). Due to the high volume of inquires we kindly ask that you limit any direct correspondence. The information you have provided in the application is sufficient for a thorough review of your band. You will be contacted directly if we have any questions. Thank you!
