Special Event Application Application required for use of public venues. Must be submitted 90 days in advance of major events.
Film Permit Application Application required for filming within the City of Healdsburg limits on public property. Must be submitted 30 days before filming.
Community Center Rental Application Reserve a space at the Community Center for a meeting, gathering, or special event.  1557 Healdsburg Avenue
Special Performance Permit for the Healdsburg Plaza  Performers of all disciplines, including music, theater, and dance, will have the opportunity to schedule their performances in the Plaza.

Public Art Policy


Public art creates a unique sense of place and a strong civic identity for the City of Healdsburg. The city endorses the placement of artwork in public places. Therefore, it is important that procedures and policies be established and implemented for the process to acquire and select artwork in the city. The purpose of the Public Art Policy (PDF) is to provide guidelines for public artwork, including:

  • Artistic Freedom of Expression and Nondiscrimination
  • Criteria for Artwork Selection, Location, and Site Selection
  • Procedures to Review Offers of Donations and Maintenance
